The Kendrick Cherokees's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 50-42 to Central. Kendrick was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Central apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

Kendrick's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Evan Allison, who scored 14 points. The matchup was Allison's third in a row with at least ten points. Andrew Spivey was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 steals.

Kendrick's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Central, their victory bumped their record up to 1-4.

Kendrick will head out on the road to face off against Greenville at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Central, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rutland at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
