Football Recap: Plainview Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Plainview, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Anadarko Warriors on Thursday as they made off with a 49-28 win. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 21 points or more this season.

Several Warriors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Napoleon Camp, who picked up 142 receiving yards and one touchdown. Camp was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 50 yards.

Plainview has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 47.2 points over those games. As for Anadarko, their record now sits at 6-2.

Coming up, Plainview will square off against North Rock Creek at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. The Indians will be up against the Cougars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27.25 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Anadarko, they will host Kingfisher at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st.
