It's playoff time, and Winnebago had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Lutheran Crusaders by a score of 2-0 on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 two weeks ago.

Hannah Bertram paced Winnebago's offense, picking up five kills. Bertram got some help from Isabelle Gray and her nine assists. Samantha Falnes controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Kenzie Lemke and Brynlee McNames certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Lemke had 15 digs, while McNames had ten digs.

Winnebago is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-18-2 record this season. As for Lutheran, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-23 record this season.

Winnebago wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Richmond-Burton on the 28th. Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
