Basketball Recap: Kelvyn Park Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Collins, Kelvyn Park was happy to have turned things around on Monday. In a tight match that could have gone either way, they made off with a 29-28 win over the Foreman Hornets. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Kelvyn Park's record is now 2-4. As for Foreman, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kelvyn Park won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Little Village at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Little Village is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.8 points per game this season. As for Foreman, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on Uplift at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Uplift's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
