Sandy Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Damion Turner, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tage Colon, who scored 11 points.
Beaver Dam's defeat was their sixth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 5-12. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 24.0 points per game. As for Sandy Valley, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
Beaver Dam and Pahranagat Valley will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Sandy Valley, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mountain View Christian at 6:00 p.m. Mountain View Christian is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
