Lakeland has been away from home for three games now, but on Thursday they'll finally make their return. They will welcome the Stratford Tigers at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.
Last Saturday, Lakeland got the win against Tomahawk by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, Stratford entered their tilt with Assumption last Tuesday with 18 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 19. They put the hurt on the Royals with a sharp 3-0 win.
Stratford never let Assumption on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-6, 25-22.
Stratford's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Laney Pankratz, who had four digs and two aces, and Carly Pankratz, who had eight digs. That's the most aces Laney has posted since back in August.
Stratford was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. They are a perfect 8-0 when they serve at least ten aces.
Lakeland's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Stratford, they pushed their record up to 27-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
