St. Charles extended their winning streak to five on Wednesday, bumping them up to 16-4. Everything went their way against the Fulton Pirates as they made off with a 14-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won 11 matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

Ella Mose was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 13 over five innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.
