Basketball Recap: Lincoln County Beats GV Christian for Their Fourth Straight Win

Lincoln County extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Emma Bleak. The Lincoln County Lynx blew past the GV Christian Guardians 50-22 on Tuesday thanks in part to Bleak, who posted 12 points. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

GV Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ellie Thurman, who earned two points along with 11 boards and four blocks. Thurman is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: she's pulled down at least eight every time she's taken the court this season.

Lincoln County's victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for GV Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10.

Lincoln County has already played their next game, a 55-27 win against Laughlin on the 17th. As for GV Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 43-17 victory against Founders Classical Academy on the 15th.
