The Marquette Sentinels will face off against the Gladstone Braves at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Marquette is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.

While Marquette's victory against Menominee wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Sentinels had just enough and edged out the Maroons 5-4 on Monday. The Sentinels haven't had any issues with the Maroons recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Aidan Mason looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

Marquette's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Gladstone, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.
