The win was the fourth in a row for Triad, bringing their record up to 4-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four contests. As for Marist, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Triad didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 5-1 win against Waterloo on the 8th. As for Marist, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 9-0 victory against Marian Catholic on the 9th.
