Softball Recap: Rochester Comes Up Short

Rochester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They came up short against the Onalaska Loggers, falling 13-3. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly ten runs.

Rochester's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Onalaska, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-7.

Looking ahead, Rochester will challenge Ocosta at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Onalaska, they will head out on the road to square off against Mossyrock at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Loggers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Vikings have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season.
