Soccer Recap: Mt. Carmel Comes Up Short

Mt. Carmel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Salem Wildcats, falling 7-0.

Mt. Carmel's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Salem, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-11.

Coming up, Mt. Carmel will square off against Richland County at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Salem, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 5-0 win against Metro-East Lutheran on the 23rd.
