Volleyball Recap: Mile High Academy Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

Mile High Academy extended their home winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Eden Jaklich. The Mustangs blew past the Victory Prep Academy Knights 3-0 on Thursday for which the team can thank Jaklich, who had five digs and two aces. Those aces marked the first that she has served this season.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Mile High Academy took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-12, 25-8.

Mile High Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Victory Prep Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.

Mile High Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Victory Prep Academy, they will challenge Front Range Baptist at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
