Basketball Recap: Goshen Takes a Loss

Goshen and Luverne squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Goshen had to settle for second. They were dealt a 60-15 defeat at the hands of the Luverne Tigers. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost nine in a row.

Goshen's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Luverne, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Goshen nor Luverne have any future games scheduled.
