Soccer Recap: Cumberland Takes a Loss

Cumberland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Delsea Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Delsea this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 back in September.

Cumberland's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Delsea, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cumberland will welcome Highland Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Delsea, they will challenge Deptford at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
