Soccer Game Preview: Cupertino vs. Milpitas

Cupertino and Milpitas are an even 3-3-4 against one another since January of 2019, but likely not for long. The Cupertino Pioneers will welcome the Milpitas Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Cupertino's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They came out on top against MacDonald by a score of 2-0.

Andrew Kwon and Ishan Khosla scored both of Cupertino's goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

Meanwhile, Milpitas hasn't lost a match since December 3, 2024, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They and Monta Vista finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw. That draw made it three straight for the Trojans.

With that draw, Milpitas' record moves to 3-1-5. As for Cupertino, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-5.
