Basketball Recap: Peyton Panthers vs. Crowley County Chargers
Peyton won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They came up short against the Crowley County Chargers, falling 72-52. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 124th, while the Chargers are ranked 34th).

When it comes to explaining why Peyton lost, don't look at Michael Perry. Despite the final result, he went 7 of 16 en route to 22 points and six assists.
