Basketball Recap: Belgrade Takes a Loss

Belgrade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Billings Senior Broncs, falling 78-35. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 128th, while the Broncs are ranked 50th).

Belgrade's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Billings Senior, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Belgrade will be playing in front of their home fans against Billings West at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Billings Senior has already played their next contest (against Skyview), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
