Soccer Recap: George Washington Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, George Washington was a bit more limited in their contest on Monday. They fell just short of the Bassett Bengals by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Bassett this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 on April 3rd.

George Washington's loss dropped their record down to 4-5-2. As for Bassett, they moved to 5-5 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
