After losing to Warren the last time they met, Clemens decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Buffaloes walked away with a 2-0 win over the Warriors on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Buffaloes as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Haiden Wallen paced Clemens' offense, picking up ten kills. Wallen got some help from Claire Untereiner and her 15 assists. Untereiner was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Clemens' win bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Warren, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Coincidentally, Clemens and Warren will both be playing Sotomayor the next time they take the court. The Buffaloes will head out to face the WILDCATS at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, while the Warriors will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
