Volleyball Recap: Hoquiam Comes Up Short

If Hoquiam was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Ilwaco on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Grizzlies fell just short of the Tenino Beavers by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Grizzlies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Beavers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Hoquiam's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Tenino, they pushed their record up to 5-7 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Hoquiam will host Mossyrock at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Tenino, they will head out to challenge Rochester at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
