Kelvit Barritt added two as well as
Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, D.C.) upset McKinley Tech (Washington, D.C.) 44-0 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a Barritt touchdown run in the first quarter, the Knights were up 38-0 at the half.
Friendship Collegiate Academy expanded its lead to 44 points entering the fourth quarter. FCA scored once in the quarter on a touchdown run by
Jay Cammon.
The loss snapped McKinley Tech's nine-game winning streak.
Led by
Jalen Tabor, the Knights had given up an average of 17.4 points prior to the contest. McKinley Tech's zero points were well below their season average of 32.6 per game. McKinley Tech came in giving up 15.1 points per game this season.
The win brought Friendship Collegiate Academy's winning streak to three games.
FCA (7-4) faces off against McKinley Tech in a playoff game its next time out. The Trainers enter the contest having posted a 9-4.
