Williamstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 25th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 49-47 heartbreaker at the hands of the Frankfort Panthers. One positive for the Demons, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Williamstown's loss dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Frankfort, their win ended a 12-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-18.

Coming up, Williamstown will take on Newport at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Frankfort, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 91-14 defeat against Tates Creek on the 18th.
