Basketball Recap: Ellendale Comes Up Short

Ellendale was the 45-30 winner over Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Ellendale Cardinals fell to the Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] Pirates 38-33.

Ellendale has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season. As for Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen], the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-7 record.

Ellendale will head out on the road to face off against Strasburg/Zeeland at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
