It was a good run, but Sturgeon Bay unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Howards Grove Tigers.

Bryce Plzak made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and one stolen base. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

Sturgeon Bay's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Howards Grove, they moved to 3-15 with that win, which also ended their ten-game losing streak.
