Brennan is a perfect 5-0 against Sotomayor since March of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Brennan Bears will head out to challenge the Sotomayor WILDCATS at 12:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Brennan has four straight wins, Sotomayor has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Last Tuesday, Brennan got the win against Warren by a conclusive 13-3. Considering the Bears have won four matchups by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Sotomayor came up short against Harlan on Wednesday, falling 11-1.

Brennan's victory bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Sotomayor, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Everything went Brennan's way against Sotomayor in their previous meeting back in February, as Brennan made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Brennan since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
