Volleyball Recap: Spring Grove Takes a Loss

Spring Grove lost against Cleveland on Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lions took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clippers.

Hailey Normann paced Spring Grove's offense, picking up five kills. Normann got some help from Claire Sherburne and her 12 assists.

Spring Grove's loss dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Cleveland, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Spring Grove will head out to face off against Southland at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cleveland, they will challenge Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
