Softball Recap: Wauseon Takes a Loss

Wauseon lost against Napoleon back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Indians took a 12-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. That's two games in a row now that the Indians have lost by exactly five runs.

Wauseon has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Napoleon, with the win, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-14-1.

Wauseon does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Napoleon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northview at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
