Niceville has gone 9-1 against Tate recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Niceville Eagles will square off against the Tate Aggies at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Wednesday, Niceville got the win against Navarre by a conclusive 4-1. The Eagles' winning goal came courtesy of Corbin Grisotto.

Meanwhile, Tate kept a clean sheet against Escambia on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Gators as they made off with a 7-0 win. Given the Aggies' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 137th, while the Gators are ranked 494th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Tate's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Niceville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4-3.

Everything went Niceville's way against Tate in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, as Niceville made off with a 5-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Niceville since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
