Jones came tearing into Saturday's match with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Carrizo Springs Wildcats by a score of 2-0. The Trojans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Jones easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-17.

Harper Green paced Jones' offense, picking up eight kills. Green got some help from Khloe Avalos and her 14 assists. Julianna Delarosa controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Jones' record now sits at 16-2. As for Carrizo Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Jones didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Tuloso-Midway on the 23rd. As for Carrizo Springs, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Ray on the 23rd.
