Soccer Game Preview: South Bend Riley vs. South Bend Adams

South Bend Riley hasn't had much luck against South Bend Adams recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Wildcats will square off against the Eagles at 7:30 p.m.

South Bend Riley fell victim to LaVille and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Lancers, falling 3-0.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Saturday. South Bend Adams walked away with a 3-1 victory over Culver Academies. That's two games straight that South Bend Adams has won by exactly two goals.

Arianna Jones and Paityn Armstrong scored all three of South Bend Adams' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

South Bend Riley's loss dropped their record down to 1-11-1. As for South Bend Adams, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-6.

South Bend Riley might still be hurting after the 8-0 defeat they got from South Bend Adams in their previous matchup back in August. Can the Wildcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
