Basketball Recap: Arkansas Comes Up Short

The Arkansas Razorbacks lost 61-40 to the Kirby Trojans on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Razorbacks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 222nd, while the Trojans are ranked 106th).

Arkansas' loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Kirby, their win bumped their record up to 14-6.

Arkansas didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 42-41 victory against Malvern on the 28th. As for Kirby, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 52-50 defeat against Poyen on the 28th.
