Union Springs took care of business in their home opener on Sunday (barely). They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Charles O. Dickerson Blue Raiders and snuck past 5-3. This was payback for Union Springs, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.
For Charles O. Dickerson's part, Nik Nelson put in work no matter where he played.
