Soccer Recap: San Augustine Comes Up Short

In Saturday's Canine Competition, San Augustine didn't have enough. They fell just short of the Pollok Central Bulldogs by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. Wolves just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

San Augustine's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Pollok Central, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7-1.

San Augustine will take on Liberty Football Club at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty Football Club is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.8 goals per game this season. As for Pollok Central, they will face off against Central Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Central Heights will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Pollok Central surely won't give up without a fight.
