The biggest upset of the week belonged to West Vigo, who defeated 239th ranked West Vigo, 34-30.

Jordan Branz and Del Dunegan provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Owen Valley. The connection went for 90 yards, the longest such play in Western Indiana this season.

Sullivan's dynamic duo of Michael Willis and Jake Kinnaman proved to be unstoppable against North Knox, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Willis threw for 200 yards and 2 touchdowns and Kinnaman had 115 yards receiving. Michael Hutchcraft helped Sullivan's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 58 yards.

The Golden Arrows' dynamic duo of Willis and Kinnaman proved tough for the Warriors to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.

He went 14-23 with 1 interceptions.

Branz was the best running back in the league this week. In 9 carries, he ran for 71 yards as South Vermillion topped North Knox. Tanner Smith also contributed to the rushing game with 16 yards on the ground.

Willis put up the best numbers in passing as Trent Olson's team bested Shawn McDowell's team.

Kinnaman was the best receiver in the league this week as the Golden Arrows topped the Warriors.

Leading Western Indiana in both passing and receiving yards, Sullivan's Willis and Hutchcraft have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-1 quarterback Willis has thrown for 288 yards this season, while Hutchcraft has 8 catches for 102 yards. The Wildcats' Branz leads the league in rushing yards with 164.

An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Northview takes on the Golden Arrows. The Knights are in third place, while Sullivan is in first place.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Patriots take on Edgewood. Owen Valley has allowed 66 points this season, while the Mustangs have given up 46.

Duane Potts' team moved up to 222 from 261 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Patriots were able to make move up by defeating South Vermillion 49-20.
