Volleyball Recap: Palmer Ridge Bears vs. Green Mountain Rams        
        
		
             It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Palmer Ridge had no problem doing just that  on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Green Mountain Rams with a sharp  3-0 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  win the Bears have posted  since October 3rd.
 While Palmer Ridge won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the  third set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-14,  25-22.
 Palmer Ridge  couldn't miss and  finished the game having scored on 41.8% of their attack attempts. That's the best  hitting percentage they've posted all season.
 The  victory was  the third in a row for Palmer Ridge, bringing their record for this year to 13-11. As for Green Mountain, their loss  ended  a  six-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 17-7.
 Coincidentally,  the two teams will both be playing Eagle Valley the next time they take the court. Palmer Ridge will  host Eagle Valley at 4:00  p.m.  on Monday, while Green Mountain will play them later in the day, at 12:00  p.m.
