Glasgow gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They strolled past the Meadville Eagles with points to spare, taking the game 68-50. The win continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won seven in a row.

Meadville lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Donivan Schreckhise, who shot 41% from the field en route to 17 points in addition to five boards and four steals. Mason Dennis was another key player, putting up 11 points and six rebounds.

Coming up, Glasgow will face off against Brunswick at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Meadville, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Atlanta at 7:30 p.m. on December 9. This will be the Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
