Woodlake has gone a perfect 10-0 against Granite Hills recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Tigers will head out to face off against the Grizzlies at 4:00 p.m. Woodlake is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.8 runs per game this season.

Woodlake gave up the first runs on Monday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Fresno Christian, sneaking past 7-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted since March 25th.

Woodlake got a big performance out of Thomas Leedy, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Jose Tadeo was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run.

Strathmore hit Granite Hills with a five-run seventh inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Grizzlies took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans. The Grizzlies have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Granite Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Woodlake, their victory bumped their record up to 12-7.

Everything went Woodlake's way against Granite Hills when the teams last played on April 3rd, as Woodlake made off with a 10-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
