Basketball Recap: Fremont Tigers vs. Lincoln Southeast Knights
Fremont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 78-47 loss at the hands of the Lincoln Southeast Knights. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while the Knights are ranked 31st).

When it comes to explaining why Fremont lost, don't look at Maurice Bryant. Despite the final result, he went 7-for-15 to rack up 24 points. The contest was Bryant's fourth in a row with at least 17 points. Lex Cook also deserves some recognition as he pulled down his first rebound of the season.
Mari Shumaker continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Lincoln Southeast, shooting 63% from the field en route to 16 points and six assists. Mike Ngoyi was another key player, going 6-for-11 on his way to 13 points.
