Volleyball Recap: Seckinger Victorious

The Seckinger Jaguars were able to grind out a solid victory over the Oconee County Warriors on Saturday, taking the game 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Jaguars.

Oconee County's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Annabelle (AB) Cureton, who had seven digs and three aces, and Sidney Tranel, who had five digs and one assist.

Seckinger's win bumped their record up to 19-12. As for Oconee County, their loss dropped their record down to 29-12.

Looking ahead, Seckinger will host Gainesville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oconee County, they are taking a road trip to challenge Prince Avenue Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors are facing the Wolverines at the right time seeing as the Wolverines are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
