Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask De La Salle). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Chicago University Maroons 69-36. That's more bragging rights for the Meteors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

When it comes to explaining why Chicago University lost, don't look at Nanak Ofori-Mante. Despite the final result, she went 10-for-20 to rack up 31 points and seven boards. That was a full 86.1% of the Maroons' points, marking the fourth time in a row Ofori-Mante has posted more than a third of the team's points.

The victory made it two in a row for De La Salle and bumps their season record up to 5-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.5 points over those games. As for Chicago University, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
