Volleyball Recap: Andrada Polytechnic Takes a Loss

Andrada Polytechnic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Walden Grove Red Wolves.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Walden Grove scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-18, 24-26, 25-18.

Andrada Polytechnic's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Walden Grove, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-10.

After both having extra time off, Andrada Polytechnic and Pusch Ridge Christian Academy will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Mavericks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Walden Grove, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Salpointe Catholic on the 17th.
