Roosevelt waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They managed a 75-70 victory over the Grant Generals. This was a revenge game for the Roughriders: when they faced off against the Generals two weeks ago, they had to take a 67-60 loss.

Roosevelt is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.4 points per game. As for Grant, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-5 record.

Roosevelt will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against McDaniel at 6:30 p.m. Roosevelt is facing McDaniel at the right time seeing as McDaniel is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Grant, they will head out to challenge Benson Tech at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Grant knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 11 games -- so hopefully Benson Tech likes a good challenge.
