Basketball Recap: Manhattan Comes Up Short

Manhattan and Ennis squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Manhattan had to settle for second. They took a 47-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ennis Mustangs. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 80th, while the Mustangs are ranked eighth).

Manhattan has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. Ennis' win bumped their record up to 18-1-1.

As of now, neither Manhattan nor Ennis have any future games scheduled.
