Princeville won the last time they faced Astoria/VIT and things went their way on Friday too. The Princes breezed past the Rebels to the tune of 44-12. The Princes pushed the score to 30-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Rebels had little chance of recovering from.

Astoria/VIT lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Colby Martin, who rushed for 124 yards and one touchdown.

Princeville has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 19 points this season. As for Astoria/VIT, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
