Basketball Recap: Bald Eagle Area Takes a Loss

Bald Eagle Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 62-40 to the Huntingdon Bearcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bearcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 74-53 back in December of 2024.

Bald Eagle Area's defeat dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Huntingdon, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-10.

Bald Eagle Area does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Huntingdon, they will challenge Juniata Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Huntingdon has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
