Soccer Recap: Pine Forest Comes Up Short

Pine Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Pensacola Tigers, falling 8-0. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Pine Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Pensacola, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 1-5 record.

Pine Forest will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Godby at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pensacola, they are taking a road trip to take on Tate at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
