Vigor's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Elberta 40-0 at home. Considering the Wolves have won five matchups by more than 25 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Vigor's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Demetris Johnson led the charge by rushing for 163 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. Those 163 rushing yards gave Johnson a new career-high. Jamarion Osborne also helped with three touchdowns in total.

While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama football rankings (they are ranked 188th, while the Lions are ranked 31st).
