Baseball Recap: Waccamaw Warriors vs. Loris Lions
While Waccamaw's victory against Loris wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors came out on top against the Lions on Monday by a score of 7-6 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won three in a row.
Tyson Strickland tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over 4.2 innings pitched. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024.
