Harding Prep had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 106-31 win over the Harding Fine Arts Fire Hawks. With Harding Prep ahead 42-15 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Harding Prep found their leader in sophomore Kobe Ferguson, who went 10-for-12 to rack up 25 points in addition to six steals and five boards. Another player making a difference was Preston Dukes, who shot 64% from the field on his way to 16 points and eight rebounds.

Harding Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 100-33 victory against Tulsa NOAH HomeSchool on the 18th. As for Harding Fine Arts, they will head out on the road to square off against Santa Fe South at 7:30 a.m. on the 20th.
